| probably after this grueling 1 arm lift , there will have to be a break to allow members to recoup ....
then comes the sugden strongman , so the next startdate is penned for the end of feb
thinking of somthing along the lines of lifting somthing ?? what do oyu think ?? | |

mabie the heaviest weight you can do for 10 reps on a lift or basic rep out strict bicept curls are not being ruled out. | |

| well I made a bit of a mistake with the dumbell one - getting heavy bells is deffo a gym thing !! will see how long the dumbell one has left, wrap that up and ask my vice president for ideas | |

I'm fresh here!
What about clean and front squat as many reps with heaviest weight poss. (1 clean and loads of front)
Zercher lift (from deadlift to knees, elbows and stand up)
KB snatch for reps heaviest poss with only 1 hand change allowed.

| yea, holding a weight out infront with both hands for time - dumbell / kettlebell / barbell .... mm how much weight wont be too light for the big lads ? mabie .. 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 for each weight cat , cant have the vids goin on forever !! i will do a test run | |
