this comp runs from december 15th 2008 to jan 31st 2009

you can use a dumbell / barbell (?!) / kettlebell / sandbag / barell - anything aslong as you take it from the floor , to overhead using only one arm

weight cats are (and always will be)

up to 78kg

up to 92kg

up to 106kg

106kg and over


i chose these coz im under 78

does it have to be in shed or can i do it on decking as my shed not high enough

well 1 attempt is 1 posted vid - so you can try and video as many as you like and post the best 3 , as this is merely a bit of fun , if more than 1 person is in each catagory then mabie the timing of the lifts - you can use your last one to beat the other dude.
